- Where is the Ball taking place?
The Hilton Hotel, Swindon. This is located just off junction 16 of the M4
- Can I park at the venue?
Adequate parking will be available at the venue. Parking is free unless you are staying overnight, in which case the hotel makes a £3 charge
- Will there be a discount if I stay at the Hilton overnight?
Yes, this year we have negotiated some excellent rates, so why not make a weekend of it? Rooms cost just £77 for a single B & B or £85 for a double B & B. Please contact the Hilton on 01793 881777 for availability and to book quoting 'Swindon Foodbank' as a reference. Until 31st January Hilton Hotels have a special half price offer on rooms booked on any weekend, at any hotel. This is not connected to the Ball but some of our guests have already taken advantage of this offer for the night of the Ball at Swindon
- What kind of food is being served?
There will be an excellent selection of dishes available including meats, fish, vegetarian and salad options. Food will be served in the form of an 'at table buffet' with waiter assistance.
- What time does it start?
Complimentary arrival drinks will be served at 7.30pm. The main meal will be served at 8pm. A complimentary glass of wine will be served at the table, then a bar will be available for further drink purchases
- Can I reserve tickets then pay later?
Unfortunately, due to high levels of demand, we are unable to offer a 'reserve and pay later' service. Please pay for your ticket at the time of reservation. We accept payment via PayPal online, or call us on (telephone number) to pay in other ways.
- Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
We are unable to offer refunds if you are unable to attend for any reason. However, please feel free to pass the ticket to a friend or relative who may be able to attend in your place.
- Can I get a discount if I buy a table?
This year all ticket prices have already been discounted by £5, that way you're getting a great deal if you buy one or ten tickets. However, you may wish to consider sponsoring the event for even greater brand exposure on the night - see our sponsorship page for more information.
